Our Story

We are Simple Cells, a project dedicated to making small business management easier with clear, practical Excel tools. Our goal is to help business owners track sales, profit, inventory, and cash flow without relying on complicated software or spending hours on manual calculations. The project was founded by high school senior Alex Shymkiv, who wanted to support his granfather's small clothing business in Ukraine. What began as a single solution has now grown into a set of tools designed to save time, prevent mistakes, and give business owners confidence in their finances. At Simple Cells, keeping these tools free is our number one priority. Small business owners shouldn’t have to pay for expensive software just to understand their numbers. By making these resources accessible to everyone, we aim to level the playing field and give every business, no matter how small, the chance to thrive.
